We are deeply saddened by the passing of our long time friend
and MC of the Kentucky State Fiddlers Championship, Leo Mudd.
Our prayers are with his family and countless friends.

Congratulations to Our 2009 Governor's Cup Trophy Winner Maddie Denton Murfreesboro TN Maddie Denton, 15, from Murfreesboro TN is the first contestant to our recollection to win both the Governor's Cup for State Championship Fiddler and also the Backup Musician Award in the same year.  Maddie not only competed in several categories but cheerfully and unselfishly backed up her competition by playing rhythm as they competed.
